Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are a form of agreement outlined between our user and BlueRayCargo.SG related to the use of the BlueRayCargo.SG’s services. Users are required to read our terms and conditions thoroughly before accessing BlueRayCargo.SG services to clearly define User’s rights and obligations.
By registering and/or using BlueRayCargo.SG website/mobile app, the user is deemed to have read, understands, and agrees to all of BlueRayCargo.SG’s Terms and Conditions. Should the user disagrees with one, partially, or all of our T&C, it is advisable for the user to seek for assurance from our Sales Executives at BlueRayCargo.SG before shipping with us.

BlueRayCargo.SG is a part of Blueray Cargo International, serving guaranteed and swift import services from China, Thailand, USA, South Korea, & many more countries with hundreds of thousands of customers with proven reliability over decades of running the business.
Overseas Shipping with BlueRayCargo.SG
- Customer ordering products from supplier overseas
- BlueRayCargo.SG’s delivery process:
– Customer created new order and completed payment
– Goods sent by seller to our overseas warehouse
– Goods arrived at overseas warehouse
– Goods shipped to Singapore
– Goods received at our Singapore warehouse
– Goods bound to final address
– Goods completely delivered to customer
Lead Time
Please check your lead time with our Sales Executives from your intended country of origin. Our lead time starts once your goods have been safely received in our overseas warehouse.
Goods Handling
When ordering for products, you should pay attention to the following things:
– Warranty for goods provided by the brand/company. We recommend you to inquire the loss claiming coverage and process with the manufacturer before purchasing your products. BlueRayCargo.SG will not be held accountable for any missing quantity/factory defects by supplier/manufacturer.
– Request safe packaging from your supplier/manufacturer. Fragile items are highly advised to be sent to our warehouse with safe and tough packaging from the supplier/manufacturer. BlueRayCargo.SG will handle all shipments with care. However, any defects caused by proven unsafe packaging by supplier will be settled directly by customer to supplier.
– Any false documentation by supplier/customer that does not meet Singapore’s prevailing customs regulations will be directly handled by supplier/customer, assisted by BlueRayCargo.SG.
– Any special import permits that are required by Singapore Customs Authorities will be provided by the customer as direct consignee upon approval from BlueRayCargo.SG’s team.
Local Shipping
BlueRayCargo.SG will not be responsible for losses experienced by customers after the shipment is in the hands of a local carrier in Singapore other than BlueRayCargo.SG’s own local carrier.
Shipping Costs
- The costs shown are the final costs with the following cost components:
– International shipping
– Handling
– Local delivery for air/LCL shipments
– Service GST with the prevailing GST percentage - The cost shown in our website/mobile app does not cover the import duty tax with the prevailing GST percentage from total invoice value of customer’s shipment
- The cost shown in our website/mobile app does not cover local delivery and unloading labor cost for FCL
Weight/Volume Discrepancy Tolerance
Customers can only claim weight/volume differences if the weight difference reaches 1 Kg for air freight and 0.1 CBM for sea freight. This provision applies to weight to volume conversions and vice versa.
Maximum Weight to Volume/Volume to Weight
Weight to volume/volume to weight conversion applies to shipments exceeding the maximum allowed volume to weight ratio or vice versa. Air freight will allow +- 165 Kg with maximum volume of 1 CBM. Sea freight will allow a maximum weight of +- 800 Kg for 1 CBM. Any case of conversion will be done as follow:
General Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from:
- The act or omission of the Customer or Owner or any person acting on their behalf;
- Compliance with the instructions given to the Company by the Customer, Owner or any other person entitled to give them;
- Insufficiency of the preparation, packing, storage, labeling or marking of the Goods except where such service has been provided by the Company;
- Handling, loading, stowage or unloading of the Goods by the Customer or Owner or any person acting on their behalf.
- Inherent vice of the Goods;
- Riots, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, stoppage or restrain of labor from whatsoever cause;
- Or any cause or event which the Company could not avoid and the consequences whereof it could not prevent by the exercise of reasonable diligence.
Refund
- Refund requests are to be made only through BlueRayCargo.sg website or mobile apps by submitting invoice dispute along with proof (photo)
- Refund requests should only be submitted with the related registered account at BlueRayCargo.sg
- Refund requests are subjected to approval by BlueRayCargo.sg’s investigation team
- Refunds can be done by voucher for the next shipment or bank transfer directly to customers
- BlueRayCargo.sg will not be responsible for the refund delay due to wrong recipient’s bank account details submitted by the requestor
- Refund requests will not be processed should the requestor has an outstanding balance to be paid to BlueRayCargo.sg
- Customer experiencing delay in refund should immediately inform our Customer Service team or Sales Executive for further assistance
- Any suspicion of fraud will be investigated and the requestor will be blacklisted unless proven otherwise
